Situated in Neutral Bay on the Lower North Shore, Studio Chiro was founded by Rebecca Spicer in April 2012. Her vision was to establish a chiropractic clinic based upon her principles that overall health and wellbeing comes from ‘balancing body and mind’.

 

With over 14 years of experience, Rebecca Spicer has had success in helping to improve the quality of life for many patients and helping them to avoid, in some cases, invasive surgery. Combining chiropractic care with various complimentary techniques, Rebecca can help to correct subluxations in the spine (that is when the spine is out of alignment), encourage better flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and therefore improve communication between the brain to the body.

Working with you and your family, the Studio Chiro Team will have a confidential discussion with you in order to get an in-depth understanding of your health concerns and health goals. Using various techniques and modalities, such as Applied Kinesiology, Musculoskeletal Acupuncture, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and Neurofeedback Brain Training, our practitioners can determine whether any pain or symptoms are triggered by physical, nutritional or emotional stress. Our practitioners will then work with you to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Our chiropractors are caring and patient, and will take the time needed to listen to you and your concerns. They have a particularly gentle approach, being able to correct any imbalances. And of course, they provide relief and corrective care for adults of all ages, including mums-to-be.

Studio Chiro Neutral Bay is a unique practice based upon Rebecca’s belief in offering a holistic approach to health care rather than using a band aid fix. Studio Chiro's objective is to help people to reach optimum health using a structural, chemical and emotional approach to healing.

Studio Chiro is equipped with specialist chiropractic tables and has been designed with wheelchair access in mind.

Knowing that everyone has busy working lives, Studio Chiro is open from Monday to Saturday, with extended weekday hours.
