After completing my Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2004, I continued my professional development through postgraduate study in a range of specialised techniques, including Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Activator Methods, Neuro Emotional Technique, Webster Technique, Retained Neonatal Reflex Integration, and Functional Neurology.

After practicing for 8 years, I opened Studio Chiro in 2012, with a vison of creating a welcoming practice about the holistic healing of both body and mind. My approach focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but also on identifying and addressing the underlying causes, with the aim of achieving long-term health and wellbeing.

​

I have a wide patient base that includes families and the elderly. While I utilise traditional chiropractic techniques, I also incorporate gentle approaches tailored to each individual, along with nutritional guidance and rehabilitation advice where appropriate.

I am a mother of three wonderful boys which has given me insight into caring for pregnant women and paediatric patients. Studio Chiro is a child-friendly clinic, with a spacious reception area and supportive staff who are able to assist with children during appointments.

Why is your Chiropractic practice in Neutral Bay?

I choose to work in Neutral Bay because the north shore area has a great family and community feel. As a chiropractor who lives and works in the area, I feel very supported and appreciated by the community.

This clinic is unique because it offers a holistic approach to health care rather than using a band aid fix. We help people to reach optimum health using a structural, chemical and emotional approach to healing.
