Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit starts with a full assessment to understand the underlying cause of your pain and dysfunction, followed by treatment. The initial appointment is 45 minutes long.

What type of patients do you see?

Our chiropractors see people of all ages, from babies and children to adults and seniors. Whether you’re in pain, recovering from an injury, feeling stressed or run down, or just want to move and feel better, we’re here to help.

Who will I see?

Who you see will depend on who has availability for your requested time, or whether you’ve been referred to someone specifically. Our team of chiropractors includes Dr Rebecca Spicer, Dr Montana Londregan and Dr Alison de Vos. To find out more about each Chiropractor, head to ‘Our Team’ under ‘About Us’.

How many appointments will I need?

It depends on you, your condition and your goals. After your first assessment, your chiropractor will talk through what they recommend and how often, so you know what to expect. Some people feel better in a few visits, while others prefer ongoing care to stay on track.

Do you have before and after work or school appointment times?

Yes! We have early morning appointments starting from 7am, appointments up until 7pm and Saturday availability.

Can I bring my child along with me to my appointment?

Yes! We’re a child-friendly clinic, and we have toys to keep little ones entertained.

I’m pregnant, can I see a chiropractor?

Yes. Our chiropractors have special equipment to accommodate for pregnant patients.

What is the cost of appointments, and how does payment work?

The initial appointment is $175, regular follow-up appointments are $98 and long follow-up appointments are $120. If you have private health insurance with chiropractic cover, you may be able to claim part of your fee. We have HICAPS on site, so you can claim on the spot with your health fund card and only pay the gap. We accept both card and cash.

Where are you, and is there parking?

We’re in Neutral Bay on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, at 203/40 Yeo Street. We’re on level 2 of the building to the right of the fire station. There’s street parking around our building and car parks on Barry Street and a Woolworths within short walking distance. If you’re travelling by public transport, plenty of buses run along Military Road.

How do I book?

You can book an appointment online on our home page or call us on (02) 8668 5864 and someone from our team will be happy to find a time that works for you.
